{ OLD LADDER }

i picked up this old ladder

at the flea this summer

for $5 beansand hung it from the sun porch ceiling

from eye hooks and twine
i laid some old croquet mallots
and vintage hankies on it
for some fun

    Great idea for your ladder...don't you just love it when you find the perfect use for these wonderful old pieces :) I'm going to do this when hubby get's the screened porch built...not sure what I'll hang from it but I know I'll have fun 'playing' with it.   24. DOH! I found an old ladder a few weeks ago... problem it was like 12 feet tall and I had no where tall enough in my house to put it. Hang it from the celling! Hello! Why didn't I think of that! - I'm going back to see if they still have it.

  30. What a great way to use a ladder. I have a hard time thinking of ways to use vintage items I've found or want to find - - I just know I like them. You can bet this idea is going on the to-do list! Love your porch by the way, it's so cheerful and cozy.
