at the flea a few weeks ago
and gave it a sweet cottage look
i added a few birdie knobs
and some vintage shelf paper
(shelf paper is not permanent)
removed the glass
replacing it with chicken wire

Me, too! It's so pretty, Hilary! I love the shelf paper, too.

I want to team up with you on something...maybe a linky party? Think about it and let me know.
ReplyDeleteIt turned out so pretty! I'm in the process of finishing up one that is almost the same style. The doors are slightly different. It so much fun to see the same pieces painted in another way.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!I'd be more than 'smitten' with that. I'd be in LOVE!
ReplyDeleteHello Hilary! This post got by me when I wasn't looking. OH I LOVE this hutch...love the shape and the chicken wire and the color and little extra touches you added...how sweet!!! That's about the color I'd like to paint my lower cabinets only maybe a bit more gray...love that chalk paint. As I've said more than once...wish we lived closer because I'd be haunting your workshop for treasures to bring home! Have a wonderful Labor Day Weekend!
