{ BLACK DRESSER }

sorry... no before pics

i wiped out

dropped my camera

and it broke!

but...

it ended up being a good excuse

to get a new camera!

so with new camera in hand
and lack of a better post title

i introduce you to
the black dresser...


painted in annie sloans graphite...


the drawer details in a creamy white...


then waxed with fiddes rugger brown


( thanks miss mustard seed )


i added big sparkly knobs


for a feminine touch...

  6. Love it! we did one and left the maple top unpainted. We put casters on the feet. It is a rolling island for our daughter's kitchen

  18. Hilary you are getting so good at refinishing furniture! These new products have made all the difference I think. These look like something you'd find in a high end store only the best part is...they've been recycled and refinished...awesome! What a far cry from the first post I remember seeing about your neighbors barn ;)
