when I visited her etsy shop
my heart went PITTER - PAT...

  6. I agree-we must do whatever we can to be happy! I was just telling my best friend the other day that we need to try and really enjoy the rest of our life-do the things we want to do and just get in there and be happy-great post-I like that Autumn Bouquet the best!

  37. First of all, I LOVE the name of your blog! Makes you want to sit and sip some lemonade while you gaze around here. I was over at Old Post Road blog and had to enter your give away. I LOVE the paintings that TRISH creates and I would LOVE to win one! Yeseree!

  41. Good morning and where have you been?! (Busy here, obviously - and likely in a euphoric stupor since discovering The Old Post Road!). I thought Trish was was my personal discovery; a visual oasis for all things down-to-earth, inspirational and pleasing. That she has an Etsy nearly sent me over the edge.

    TOPR (and Trish) regularly feed both halves of my Libran personality: The Creative and The Not-So-Creative, though it pains me to publicly admit the latter to your good readers.

    So glad I "discovered" you this morning, too!

Well, I find you and your blog to be as sweet as your title. I love your cottage home with all the porches and doors and that you have 3 kids under 8 (as I did) and that your garage would make a fabulous roadside shop!

    Went and checked out Trish's paintings- how fun and bright and lovely- my favorite was Another Tree Line - probably because it reminded me of growing up on a farm in Missouri-
