I spent Sunday rearranging the living room...
being an inexperienced blogger
I forgot to take before pictures...
duh?
as I started taking photos for this post
I began to notice how many things
in this room were
free!!!
it is hiding a little tv and lots of other _ _ _ _.
cabinet was FREE
it was in the basement of our first house
it was used to store tools...
I have never altered the color
it is just how we found it.
still thinking of painting it...
what ya' think?
sweet little chair was FREE
my fantastic yet finicky friend was junking it!
thank you!
couch was FREE!
another fantastic yet finicky friend was junking it!
thank you!
This post took on a whole new meaning
and will now be titled FREE!
I will be linking with

click here for my give away!

I'm thinking you should entitle your post FREE AND FABULOUS! Everything looks great. I spent all of Saturday rearranging my living room, taking down dusty curtains to wash and hang back up again.
ReplyDeleteI would so buy a house for the porches! I loved the days when I could drop my kids at school and then come home to do whatever. It's how I painted this entire apartment, each room a different color, over a 2 week period, in between school runs and baseball practices.
Enjoy and have a great week. :) Tammy

I'm going to be searching Craiglist for an old piano now. ;o) I don't know if I would paint it... it looks pretty great the way it is, and I like the mix of elements in the room. It gives it that cottagy look that I love. :)

Personally, I like the color of the paint that's already there. I know bloggers tend to paint everything. But sometimes I just like to see the old grain of the wood. I love that cabinet!
